Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all tours and travel services offered by Travalux Adventures and Tours, whether booked through the company’s website, offices, or authorized representatives.

Cancellation by the Customer

We understand that plans may change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy as follows:

      1. Full refund (100%) – no fees: More than 48 hours before the tour date
      2. No refund: Less than 48 hours before the tour date

Cancellation by the Company

The company may cancel or reschedule a tour due to circumstances beyond its control (such as weather conditions, low participation, or official restrictions).

In such cases, the customer will be entitled to one of the following options:

      • A full refund,
      • or Rescheduling
      • or transferring the booking to another date or program at no additional cost.
